In my sunny workroom in coastal Maine I make colorful pillows inspired by the shore, woods and garden. The linen is slightly textured and has its natural flaxen color. The covers are zippered, have been preshrunk, and can be washed or dry-cleaned.

The pillows are made to order individually. I mix the colors for each by eye, and the dye is applied with brush and sponge. Slight variations are inherent in this type of color mixing and add to the individuality of the work. The soft feel of the fabric is retained in this process.

All designs are offered in 18” square and a few are also offered in 12” x 18”. There is a simpler, related design on the reverse. The pillow insert is a high quality polyfill.
